Tina was a Godsend for buying our first home. I feel like I didn’t do anything but tell her what I was looking for and pick the house. She handled absolutely everything and really took our thoughts into consideration and gave great advice when negotiating. Day or night she was available to answer any “dumb” questions we had and was always happy to answer them. I will absolutely be using Tina again in future purchases!

We had no idea who Tina was until we called about a house and got paired with her. I knew the second I met her that she was the best of the best. She is aggressive and passionate about her work and does whatever it takes to get the job done. Very personable and great personality. She convinced us to sell our house for higher than we thought and were never short on showings. After the pandemic started things slowed down but she still sold our house quickly. She knows the ramona market very well. Highly recommend.

We sold a house with Tina recently and the transaction was great. She was very attentive (especially during a tough time with COVID) and sold it at a great price (higher than any other agent wanted to even list it). She found the right buyers for a unique horse property house and got it done quickly and efficiently. She was knowledgeable about the local area, small improvements to make before selling, and the overall process. Great agent for Ramona and surrounding area.

We cannot thank Tina enough for all the hard work and energy she put into selling our home of 20 years. We sold in one week for close to asking price. She was on top of everything! She did everything immediately. Tina is extremely knowledgeable and if she didn't have an answer, she would get the information asap. Being from out of town I needed a Realtor I could trust, and I found that person in Tina Wright. I explained my needs of a 3Bd / 2b / 3 Ga in the San Diego Country Estates section of Ramona is where I wanted to live within a specific budget.

Tina not only met and she exceeded all my needs in the perfect house, that was recently built!

If you want a Realtor who is on top of every item, and dedicated to you personally, then Tina is your Realtor. She handled all the affairs and even gave me reminders as I was living out of town, days in advance to be sure I met all dates necessary.
