10 out of 10 Stars. Best, realtor around. Almost 3 years ago when I lost my father to a major heart attack, I was terrified being his executor. I had no clue what I was doing and so many questions. Finally, when it came to put the house up for sale I was introduced to Tina, Wyatt and Jake Abercrombie through my husband. It was like a gift from God when I met these two. They truly care about their clients and they go above and beyond to help you feel comfortable, knowledgeable, and at peace with the decisions that you're making. When it comes to real estate they know their stuff. And will do everything in their power to get you top dollar for your house , and or show you houses that you are describing to them that you may want to purchase.Not only did Tina and Jake listen to everything I had to say and answer any questions that I had, but they also gave their thoughts and ideas of what they thought might be beneficial to selling the house. Not only did our house sell for over the price we were asking. But they held my hand through one of the scariest times in my life having no clue what to do when it came to being the executor of my dad's estate. My husband and I are going to be looking for a house within the next year and I will absolutely not even look anyone else's way except for Tina and Jake. Best experience for first time home buyer.

I had a superb experience working with Tina. My brother and I were first time home buyers, and at such a young age buying a home seemed like an impossible feat. Honestly we had no clue what we were doing. But Tina was patient with us and was always available for questions. She took the time to explain things in a way that I understood. The best thing for me, is that Tina always seemed to have my best interest at heart, and she seems to have a passion for what she does. Tina is kind, passionate, and as professional as it gets, and we were lucky to have her as our agent.

Amazing!!! Tina was absolutely amazing!!
She made my first time selling extremely easy. My property was posted everywhere!!! She was always available by phone for my many questions and got me in contact with the right people for the repairs that required a professional. Turn around was very short and she was able to get me higher than market value for the area. She knew exactly what we would need to do in order to pass inspections which was fantastic because it allowed me to stay a few steps ahead instead of rushing to get things done last minute. As I said prior Tina and her whole team are simply amazing!!!

We needed to sell my 85-year-old mother's home. Tina's commitment and knowledge guided us from the beginning to close. I was overwhelmed with the condition of the house. We needed to remodel and upgrade the entire house. Tina helped me put a plan together and made sure I did not make any mistakes. Having her guidance was comforting. Tina went above and beyond when she would meet with several professionals working on the house when I was not available. Tina is a very friendly person and was always available to answer our questions. She is like having a friend on the inside that is working for you.
Tina really cares about her clients. I experienced that in the sale of our home. She also represented the buyer. The buyer knew she was in good hands with Tina. She knew Tina had her back and she was willing to wait for my property to get completed to make the purchase.
