I grew up in Lancaster County where my grandmother served as a Realtor for 20+ years. As a kid, I remember "stuffing envelopes", tagging along to client appreciation events, and her awesome Palm Pilot. In those days, she always impressed on me to do the job the right way. This meant putting others above myself, always telling the truth, and working hard to set up each client for success.

Thankfully, on the Allison Deutsch Team, I practice alongside a group of Realtors who share the same values. Through their mentorship, I have been able to navigate countless buyers and sellers through the Lancaster Real Estate market.
