We found TJ just via a open house. We explained our situation to him and how we were serious buyers after our new construction build fell through. Within a month and a half of meeting him and starting, we closed on our home. He was very fast at responding. Quick to point out issues on homes we never saw that could be very costly and was very polite. Great young entrepreneur. We were very pleased with him and will use him again in the future if we need to sell.
