Prior to moving to Rapid I conducted research and found that Black Hills Realty (specifically TJ) were the ones that i wanted to assist in finding our home. TJ was phenomenal. I would say that TJ went well above what a normal realtor would do to find our home. He worked long hours taking into consideration our desires for what we wanted in a home. TJ was not satisfied finding us a home until we were satisfied; which we were very satisfied in the home that TJ found for us. TJ is an outstanding realtor that takes his profession very seriously and you will find out that you are not just a number both to Black Hills Realty and to TJ himself. We had an amazing experience working with TJ! He came highly recommended and he did not disappoint. We worked with TJ on purchasing a home from out of state. He was always available via text or phone with any questions or concerns. We provided him with a list of “must haves” and he was able to quickly find us a home that checked all of the boxes. He gave us great advice and did multiple virtual walk-throughs for us. Purchasing a home from out of state is a difficult task, however TJ was extremely knowledgeable and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. I live a busy life style with chasing my family around and working, when my husband and I decided that we needed a change in our living situation, I started interviewing real estate agents in the area, none of them could hold a candle to TJ. He answered my phone calls, emails, and texts with in minutes and took care of every detail and step of the process. He was very knowledgeable on my property and the property that we were purchasing. We had a new-build with tens of thousands of foundation damage and an unresponsive builder and they helped us sell our house without going backward.
