About Todd

Todd Armstrong became a licensed realtor in 2013, but he’s no stranger to the central Arkansas real estate market He cultivated his extensive knowledge of the area by serving as a top-producing mortgage executive for 12 years. Thanks to those years of experience, along with his love for the area, Todd offers valuable resources to both newcomers and longtime residents of central Arkansas.

In fact, he works constantly to gain additional education and insight to better serve home-buyers and sellers. In 2014, he achieved the designation of Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) and completed the coursework for the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation.

“Clients find my detailed, clear and concise communication very beneficial, and I am always available to answer questions or help them through the buying or selling process,” says Todd. “Buyers and sellers each have different roles in a real estate transaction, and it is my job to make sure all of the pieces come together for a pleasant and seamless experience.”

Additionally, Todd served as an ambassador to the Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce for more than a decade and took emeritus status with the Chamber when he decided to focus more on his real estate clients.

“I am fortunate to have a diverse clientele,” says Todd. “This enables me to grow, both personally and as a professional Realtor, so that I may better serve others.”

A lifelong resident of central Arkansas, Todd is a graduate of Little Rock’s Catholic High School for Boys, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, Political Science and Psychology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
