Picture this, you're a 10 year old kid running down the basketball court with 6 seconds on the clock and down by 2, this basket could tie the score, send you and your team potentially onto the championships! You're at the 3 point line with no one at your heels, you look up and then down at the ball, next thing you know-- the other team is in an uproar!
Exactly, what it has felt like looking for a house for the past 1.5 years, enter pandemic on top of it all and your grade school crush is walking away with your best friend at the end of the game :-| You've officially given up because you have had too many slaps in the face for one year! Until, one of the most dedicated, persistent, understanding realtors comes into your life and makes the unthinkable a possibility, no a DREAM COME TRUE! Todd Chartier is the Indian in the cubbord! He is the Kobe Bryant of realtors!
We finally found a house, when I didn't even think there were anymore to be found AND in my price range! We looked at the house, did little deliberation and BAM, I don't even believe 2 days later I was under contract!
I could keep going with how awesome my experience was while also adding Whitney Beaubien to the mix, who helped make the process simpler to understand and very efficient but..instead of boring you with this story of my awesome time working with Todd Chartier, I will have to say find out for yourself at just exactly how excellent of a relator he is and could DEFINITELY be for you!
