A Naples Native, Todd Hall is passionate about his community along with possessing an innate awareness of what makes Naples the Crown Jewel of Southwest Florida. A skill that is unique to someone born and raised in Collier County.

A graduate of the University of Alabama with a degree in business and communications, Todd returned to his roots and progressed in his career as he managed one of the largest and highly recognized construction firms in Naples.

After 14 years of gaining extensive knowledge regarding the luxury real estate market, Todd joined Gulf Coast International Properties.

Hands on experience in the Luxury Real Estate and Development arena, Todd has exceptional knowledge of land value, building costs and quality construction.
