I've been talking people out of buying real estate since the late 1900's.
It's true, I only help buyers & investors get into deals I think are great investments. Saying "no" to opportunities is more important than saying "yes" in my opinion.
I've owned a property management co. & currently own two real estate brokerages. I have rentals of my own & have experience with flips, historic renovations, rehabs, tax credits, LIHTC deals & 1031 exchanges.

I'm interested in serving & improving the impoverished areas of our city while guiding real estate buyers/sellers in order to finance my philanthropy.

I specialize in investment properties in the Kansas City region. I offer sales & acquisition services as well as consulting for my clients.
