About Todd

Todd has been a resident of Bucks County for over Forty Five Years. Over this period he has been able to watch the area grow and enjoy many activities and experiences that our community offers. Showing Buyers that this is the perfect place to live and work as the area features such things as museums, fine dining, sporting activities combined with endless shopping and entertainment. Todd loves to travel and experience new areas around the country but he has yet to find one area that feels more like home to me than Bucks County.

As a Real Estate Broker selling your home or Investment, Todd focuses on the benefits of home ownership in an area that’s both diverse and friendly, while providing prospective buyers with a positive picture of their community as a whole. On a personal note, Todd has been married for over 20 years, now with three daughters and reside in Plumstead Township just west of Doylestown. Todd had been a Volunteer Fireman with the communities local Fire Company and is very proud of their local residents and time they give back to the community. Lastly having children of his own he takes comfort in knowing they are being educated in award winning school system.

Things to consider will be how marketable is the property? How big the Buyer pool is will help determine how long it might take to sell. What improvements can he make to increase value when it is time to sell. Real Estate is an investment so make it a smart one!
