For nearly 20 years, Todd Nathanson has played an integral role in the sale of some of Southern California’s finest properties. With nearly $400 million worth of real estate experience from Southern California to the Bay Area, Todd has represented clients on a wide range of homes - from small studio spaces to palatial multi-acre estates.
An L.A. native, Todd grew up in Brentwood – where he still resides today - and attended Kenter Canyon, Brentwood Science Magnet, and Windward School. His four-legged partner “Puppy” – a rescued Maltipoo – is rarely far from his side whether at home, in the office, or out in the field.
Todd’s passion for real estate started at an early age answering the phones and helping at his great-grandfather’s Leimert Park brokerage, and still today he spends many hours each week studying the local markets and staying on top of real estate news and trends.
After getting licensed in early 2004, Todd began his real estate career assisting one of the region’s top producing Realtors. As a result, he has worked with A-list celebrities, NFL owners, Hollywood studio executives, and foreign dignitaries.
Through his website and various social media outlets, Todd considers himself a community expert – someone who can articulate with confidence the latest real estate trends, as well as share his extensive knowledge of the local schools, restaurants, places of interest, and much more.
When he is not at the office or out in the field helping clients, Todd spends much of his free time hiking the various local trails, playing drums, cooking, writing, and rooting for the local sports teams.
