Todd helped my wife and I sell our house in the spring/summer of 2017. Of the agents I interviewed during the process, Todd was far and away the most impressive. He listened to what we were trying to accomplish in the sale of our home and helped us accomplish it. We encountered setbacks during the process that resulted in multiple inspections and appraisals. Every time something came up Todd had the experience and ability to guide us through it. What my wife and I thought would be a quick and effortless sale ended up taking almost 4 months to close. Todd was patient, persistent and responsive during that time. He acted in our best interest with a high degree integrity and professionalism. Through a more difficult than average listing, he gave very wise advice that helped us achieve the best possible results. I cannot imagine things going as well with any other agent. Todd Sherman and his team represented one of my clients who had recently inherited a house when his father passed away. The client lives out of state and could not always be present to handle everything required with the house. The thing I liked most about working with Todd is his personal commitment to make sure things go well for his clients. When issues come up, as they often do, he will do everything possible to make things go as smoothly as possible. My husband and I just closed on an amazing house that we never would have dreamed we could afford. This was our first home and the whole process was very stressful, but Todd Sherman was there for us and got us through it. He was always incredibly responsive and made himself available whenever we needed anything or were just nervous. He explains everything to you multiple times and even though everything is overwhelming, we knew everything would be fine because we had Todd to help us. We had a very fast closing goal (just over three weeks) but we managed to close on time because of Todd's organization and communication with all the different parties involved.
