Todd was raised in Maryland and moved to DC in 2003. He earned a degree in political science from Wake Forest University and his JD at Catholic University Law School. Along the way, he studied in London, England and Krakow, Poland. In his free time, Todd likes to travel, cook, run, ski, swim, and entertain friends. He has lived in many neighborhoods throughout the region, including 10 years in Capitol Hill. He currently lives with his family in Woodley Park.
