Tom Allen

The real estate market has changed, and Tom has been through a bunch of those changes. Licensed as a full-time Broker in OR & WA for nearly 25 years and a top producer for much of that time. Tom looks at real estate as an investor, which he has been even prior to becoming a full-time agent.

He is not concerned about the color of the carpets, or if the property is dirty or full of stuff, he is looking for value and feels it is a big part of his job to pass along his knowledge to others. Tom wants to make you money if you are a seller or a buyer and takes that fiduciary responsibility to heart. No longer do agents hold the keys to information; the information is out there, but what Tom does do is willingly pass along his knowledge of the market and he will gladly let you know his thoughts on how to maximize your value if you're a seller or help you get the best price if you're a buyer.

With a business degree from Texas A&M, a previous history of managing a big money customs brokerage, and years of experience as a landlord, fixer, flipper, and real estate broker. He still sells and helps people sell homes, but he also has tons of experience in multifamily, commercial, and even land.

For Tom, it is no longer all about making a commission, it is now about helping others get ahead.
