I had Tom as both a seller and buyer agent. I was trying to sell my townhome, but needed to get it ready for the market and it was taking me longer than anticipated due to some unforeseen additions (family) to my home! Tom was patient with me and never bugged me. He asked how often I wanted him to check in and I told him once a month. He stuck with it and never pushed me.

In the process of listing my townhome I needed to turn around and purchase another home within the same time period due to the family circumstances. Not only did he work with my situation, but he even drove over an hour away to show me some homes in the area I had decided to move to.

He worked it out so that my new home contract was under a contingency on me selling my townhouse. We literally closed on both homes the same exact day! While the whole month was a little stressful, buying and selling a home at once, it was definitely great having Tom on my side helping me through it all! He was prompt and always on top of things, even after just having surgery! This man gets the job done no matter what!

I highly recommend Tom for any of your real estate needs!

I cannot stress enough how great Tom is, he has helped my family purchase and sell homes for many years and he helped me buy my first home. His real estate expertise is always spot on and he isnt just out to take your money or get you into a home you cant afford just to make a quick profit, he really gets to know his clients and looks out for your best interest. He is always available to answer questions or concerns and if by some chance he doesnt know the answer he will go out of his way to get the answer for you. If your looking for a great realtor in colorado look no further because you have found THE BEST!

Tom was a perfect fit for me when it came time for me to choose a realtor. As a first time homebuyer, I needed someone experienced in the process and willing to explain it to me and answer my questions. He spent a lot of time understanding my needs and dealbreakers. I also wanted someone who really knew the dynamics of the area in which I was looking (Highlands/Lakewood/Wheatridge) and he has lived and worked in this area for many years. Finally, he is savvy and thoughtful when it comes time to negotiate. In a competitive market, I would trust Tom and his network of contacts to help buyers or sellers accomplish theirs goals. I was a first time homebuyer at the time when I first met Tom. After going through the "home buying experience" with him I wouldn't want anyone else to help me. He made the whole process seem easy and pain free. Very informative about the housing market in the metro area and is always available to his clients. I can't recommend him enough to anyone whether you're a first time home buyer like I was or if this is your second or third home.

Tom was very helpful making suggestions for the best appearance to my condo, with a low stress rate for me. This resulted in a very satisfying turn around and a higher selling price and best possible results through closing. Thomas (Tom, Tommy) Churches was really a nice person to look at homes in the great Denver area with when we were considering relocating to Colorado. He showed us homes in Golden, Lakewood, Wheatridge, West Denver, and Arvada that all fit our buying criteria. We also considered Boulder, but it was a little out of our price range unless we went into the foothills. His local knowledge, market prices, and evaluation of the homes impressed us as did his genuine caring that we found what was really right for us. We'll gladly work with him again and recommend him.
