I have decades of real estate experience, both as an investor and a knowledgeable real estate agent. I also have experience as an attorney working in commercial finance on corporate acquisitions/leverage buyouts, although I am not currently licensed to practice law in Florida. I enjoy using my experience and knowledge to help structure creative deals on behalf of my clients. I also have numerous value-add and off-market properties that may be of interest to investors.
