Tom enjoys working with the community. He has built healthy relationships with Landlords, Homeowners, and Business Owners who have selected him to represent them in transactions because of my professionalism, his expertise and his ability to understand the needs of the client. Some of the various relationships he has includes: Northgate Markets, 7-Eleven, Metro PCS, Boost Mobile, La Michoacana Premium Ice Cream, Herbalife, Allstate, State Farm Insurance, Adriana’s Insurance, Casa Garcia Restaurant, Goodyear Tire Centers, Discount Auto Center, Laundry Developers, Santa Ana School District as well as, Medical and Dental Professionals. His 15 years of experience, has helped served Principals and Landlords throughout North Orange County. He offers strong Negotiating skills, Experience and Knowledge to assist with the Real Estate needs such as: Retail, Office, Industrial, Business Opportunities, Residential and Investments. His Real Estate career began in 2001 while working as a Certified Residential Appraiser with The Appraisal Department in Anaheim Hills alongside the 30 year old veteran and Founder/Owner Kenneth Burke. As an Appraiser, he traveled throughout Orange County, Riverside, San Bernardino, Los Angeles, and San Diego. He completed an extensive amount of Appraisal Reports for various lenders. Along with my Appraisal Certification, he also became a Certified Home Inspector which allowed him to be thorough when completing an evaluation report or when summarizing details of a particular property, including commercial buildings. In 2005, he decided to challenge himself with obtaining my Real Estate License. He began working with a small independent Broker in Yorba Linda as a Office Manager and Sales Associates. His experience with Appraising and Home Inspections has only complimented his expertise and has given him the skills to best serve his clients when investing.
