His professionalism, expertise, and ability to understand client needs have led him to work with respected organizations and brands including Northgate Markets, 7-Eleven, Metro PCS, Boost Mobile, La Michoacana Premium Ice Cream, Herbalife, Allstate, State Farm Insurance, Adriana’s Insurance, Casa Garcia Restaurant, Goodyear Tire Centers, Discount Auto Center, Laundry Developers, the Santa Ana School District, as well as numerous medical and dental professionals.

With over 24 years of experience, Tom has successfully served principals and landlords throughout North Orange County. He brings strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and experience to assist clients with all aspects of real estate, including retail, office, industrial, business opportunities, residential, and investments.

Tom began his real estate career in 2001 as a Certified Residential/Commercial Appraiser with The Appraisal Department in Anaheim Hills, working alongside founder Kenneth Burke, a 30-year veteran of the industry. In this role, Tom completed a large volume of appraisal reports for various lenders across Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, Los Angeles, and San Diego counties. In addition to his appraisal certification, Tom also became a Certified Building Inspector, which allowed him to evaluate both residential and commercial properties with exceptional attention to detail.

Tom currently holds a Real Estate Broker License with a vast background in real estate appraisals, Broker Opinion Of Value reports, and building inspections, complementing his real estate expertise, giving him unique insight and the ability to guide clients with confidence when buying, selling, or investing.
