Tom Hackett completely surpassed my expectations. Tom was easy to work with and the sale of my place was effortless, smooth and quick. I really appreciated how he enjoys people. He naturally connects and creates great sales as a result. I love his enthusiasm. Tom is trustworthy, widely experienced, with great finesse and timing. I noticed that Tom is very knowledgeable, savvy and exceptionally skilled at strategy regarding real estate. In just five days, he received multiple offers, way above asking, which afforded me great peace of mind, for my move to another location. Tom prides himself as being "the hardest working realtor" on the Westside, and from our experience, that is absolutely the truth. From pre-listing, to listing, to showings and all the way through the closing process he was on top of everything. A year ago, when we were seriously starting to consider selling our home, I knew that Tom was the only Realtor I would consider hiring to sell the house. He has a team of people who can do just about anything to get the house ready for sale. He also makes himself available to you after the sale 24/7 if any issues arise. You could NEVER go wrong hiring Tom to assist you in the sale of your home!

I have known Tom Hackett for many years . He recently handled the sale of my home of 30 years with personal concern, efficiency and thoroughness. His positive but friendly approach was well received by Buyers for my property. Details to expediate a rapid satisfactory sale and closing were handled with care and deliigence. Paperwork and communications with Escrow and auxiliary contacts were completed in a timely manner . His sense of humor and honesty were maintained throughout.
