A retired Army Officer, Tom has lived in many places around the globe before moving to the area from the Virgin Islands in 2013, and almost immediately fell in love with the area. Trees and hills, coupled with the clean air, healing waters and good people of the area convinced him to call this area home. His passion for the area also compelled him to help others find their home in this wonderful area. Tom, and his wife, Susan, also a Realtor, have five children and six grandchildren between them and are the loving owners of three rescue dogs.

I met Mr. Hasselstrom at an open house he was hosting. We got on his email list so that we could see additional listings as they became available. When we made plans to be in the Hot Springs Village area, Tom always made time for us and showed us the houses we were interested in. The market was moving quickly at that time, so if a house we were interested in was pending a sale, Tom would suggest other properties that met our criteria. Tom's deep knowledge of the Hot Springs Village market was critical to our being able to find a property we love.

When we made an offer, Tom's professionalism and responsiveness as a local agent was essential to shepherding the purchase through. We live 5 hours from HSV and so we relied on Tom to take care of all the details and he did a magnificent job from presenting the initial offer through arranging the signing of the final paperwork at the title company.

There are many agents serving the HSV market. You will not find one who knows the area better nor one who will take care of all the details with greater attention and accuracy than Tom Hasselstrom.
