Tom and the Higgins team were amazing to work with while selling our rental property in Roxborough. Tom always went above and beyond, including taking texts and calls from me when he was celebrating a family wedding in Ireland! He was a source of calm during some stressful moments, and his knowledge of the process is exceptional! If I could give the Higgins teams more than 5 stars, I gladly would!

I just want to share about the wonderful experience we had with Tom Higgins on the sale of 645 Lombard Street, Philadelphia, PA. My wife and I were in the process of trying to help our cousin Judy sell her house and move back to her family in Connecticut. She introduced us to Tom and identified him as the person and friend that would list and sell her home. She was so right. Tom took charge right from the beginning. He was with us, not only educating us on the process, he helped us every step of the way. He was even there on the “move day” to bring us lunch, and help us with last minute chores. Then after the closing he made sure all the details were completed as promised. Thanks Tom! You’re the guy, Linda and I now see you as our friend. It is nice to know you will be there for the next one.

Tom is absolutely the best realtor. I recently purchased my second property using Tom as my realtor both times. First house was a duplex investment about 5 years ago and second is my actual home. Tom is professional, knowledgeable, experienced, personable, and overall a really great guy. With todays crazy market I heavily relied on Tom’s advice and he has all the experience, tools, and connections to help with every part of the home buying process. I highly recommend Tom and would only use him for any real estate transaction.
