Tom Hill's property management career started 19 years ago as a caretaker at a fairly large housing complex in Minnesota. As his interest in the business grew, he realized that to really understand property management, and the needs of the clients, he needed to involve himself in every aspect of the business. That decision has given him a unique understanding of the industry, and keeps Matik Management focused on providing comprehensive, customer driven programs and services.
Today, he is co-owner of the fastest growing property Management Company in southeastern Minnesota.
