My experience with Tom involved he purchase of one home followed by the sale of my previous home. Both homes had significant issues that limited the opportunities for finding potential buyers and required additional efforts and experience on Tom's part to resolve. In the home purchase, Tom was instrumental in keeping both buyer and seller working together over a period of time in which there were frequent negotiations regarding time extensions and pricing changes due to issues that were already known plus several other issues that arose, one very significant, that were uncovered during the inspections. I found Tom's advice on how to present my issues to the seller to be very constructive and helpful. The whole effort resulted in success for both myself as buyer and the seller as well. My positive experience with Tom as a buyer led me to engage his services as agent when I was a seller without any hesitation. I was so impressed with the way he performed in my purchase transaction that I had every confidence that he was the ideal person to handle my sale. The property I was selling had even more issues both in number and significance than the one I had purchased, and was a very difficult one to sell. Nonetheless, after an entirely reasonable period of marketing, he found a buyer and got the job done for me, again with both seller and buyer pleased with the outcome. Overall, I found Tom to be professional, diligent, responsive and available. I have very little experience with real estate transactions and I appreciated Tom's advice and guidance in all cases which made the process easier and more pleasant. The results stand on their own merit. In the two transactions in which I was involved with Tom, everything proceeded as well as possible, and the outcomes were positive for all parties involved. Tom's combination of professionalism, pleasant personalty and competence allow me to give him my highest recommendation. jhend123
