Tom and his team are terrific. We would definately use his services again and highly recommend him, particularly if you are relocating and not familiar with the area. Tom is very knowledgeable of the area and listened carefully to what type of home and amenities we were looking for, he nailed it. Tom was always available and responsive to our queries. We definately felt he was in our corner both in wanting us to find the right fit for us (no pressure to decide) and in negotiations. We love both our new home and neighborhood. Thanks Tom!

Tom and his team were great to work with! They adapted to my communication needs (working to sell my house while I was out of the country with limited communication) and took care of any and everything that came along so that all I had to do the entire time was just show up to the closing and sign- and they got me a max offer!

Tom was excellent, after having two bad contracts under a different agent I finally found Tom and got a great house without the stress and drama for that came with my previous agent. I will buy another house from Tom Milan. After Jennifer made impossible to do business with her. Her over dominant personality and arrogant approach was offensive to someone sensitive. Tom Milan took over and he sold my house and fixed her mistakes. He did such great job I decided not the break my contract. He was understanding and patient with us. Knowledge and he was working for us not the other side. Jennifer made it feel we were not the same where of our house anymore.

If you’re looking to buy or sell a home, don’t waste your time with any other agents...Tom is the guy for you!!! His entire team is extremely helpful and they will part the ocean to get the job done for you. Tom helped us look at and buy a home from across the country. He made moving to the East Coast a breeze, because we didn’t have to worry about where we were going to live. We were able to beat out all other offers thanks to his wit, charm, and industry expertise! He not only got us the house we wanted, but took the extra time to walk us through it in detail + send videos since we could not view the home in person. Fast forward to closing...he was proactive in protecting our family, which allowed us to resolve some minor issues we faced with the Seller after inspection. I wouldn’t trust any other agent with our best interest. We’re beyond thankful we got to work with Tom and his team. We’ll be working with Tom again 100%!

Tom Milan with Bold Realty sold our house for $71,000 over our asking price in 20 hours.
Words cannot articulate how much we appreciated Toms efforts selling our home.
I am a real estate investor and have sold many houses and his strategies and approach to marketing our house was second to none which was punctuated by the150 potential buyers walking our house over a two-day period that was followed up with over 8 offers.
I just listed another home with him and his team and won't even consider using another realtor.

Where do I even begin... I highly recommend Tom Milan as a Realtor and here's why. When I began my home search, I was working with an agent who nearly made me give up on finding something. They wouldn't respond to me half the time, they were rude when I'd express my urgency in finding a home, and I was missing out on properties left and right. Something told me to not give up... and then I got in contact with Tom and he became my advocate from beginning to end of the home buying process. I never lost confidence in his abilities to get me the best deal possible, and he always had my best interest in mind. Buying a home is the biggest purchase of your life - which can be nerve racking. If you don't have an agent who is consistent. trustworthy, and experienced, it'll take away from all of that excitement. He kept me engaged with updates and insight throughout the entire process and I never felt left in the dark. When I'm ready to sell, I'll have him on speed dial. He'll make it happen!

We were very lucky to have found such an amazing team at Bold Realty!!! The housing market was so fast and furious, that we had an agent from another agency that just could not keep up for us and we were loosing out on homes left and right, and we were running out of time. I sent out emails to several different realtors on a Sunday, as my husband who was only in town a few days a week trying to find houses was in town. Tom from Bold realty reached out to us immediately and met with my husband an hour later on a Sunday!! Tom and his team are real go getters, they know their stuff and they listen to you, and have your back the whole way! This company puts their clients first, and bend over backwards for their clients, from start to finish, the do not try and pressure you into buying more expensive homes they stay with in the budget you give them. At the final walk through Zack and Tom did a thorough walk through with us and Jade made sure we had all of our paperwork in order for a smooth closing. If you want professionalism , and a team that will go the extra mile, and be on top of things, especially in a hot market then look no further, I can guarantee Bold Reatlty can get the job done for you!!!!
