Tom and Lynn. Well Tom is down to task and Lynn knows what you need. What a great team ! I fell upon them through four moves. Rentals through my existing Home. Finally- Health problem, but nothing for Lynn to conquer. They stuck with me when they had nothing to gain and I had everything to lose. They are patient and expert and worked me through the Tech stuff (my challenge). I have future plans for the most important move of all and it's going to be with Lynn and Tom. I hope you enjoy your new home !!

Tom and Lynn did a magnificent job helping us downsize. We had to sell our home of 32 years in which we raised our three kids plus one dog and took care of a mother in law. They tailored their approach to meet our needs and acted in our best interests even when the challenges were greatest. Tom and Lynn helped us accomplish our mutual goals of selling the existing house at a fair price and finding and procuring the optimal landing spot for my wife and I.

My sibling went through an ugly divorce. Tom and Lynn were with him every step of the way to sell his home. Kept constant communication between him, ex-spouse, divorce lawyers, contractors, and buyers. Did not hesitate to share their knowledge and recommend getting second opinions when they felt something could be done better. To top it off they were always promptly with responses and getting the process going. Thank you for giving my brother the support he needed while going through this rough chapter in his life.
