Tom is the President and Co-Founder of Exclusive Realty, Inc., and he takes on various roles as a team leader. He is responsible for training agents, delivering motivational speeches, handling marketing and advertising, managing business development, coordinating events, and recruiting Realtors. In addition, Tom assists agents and broker associates in building their personal brands by establishing their specific clientele and creating a unique online presence for them. Currently, Tom holds positions on the Board of Directors for both the National Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors. He also serves as the President of the Greater Los Angeles Realtors and has been actively involved in various committees and groups within GLAR.
With 24 years of experience as an active Realtor, Tom specializes in residential income properties, single-family residences, and condominiums (CCS), with a primary focus on seniors (SRES). He is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and understands the unique nature of each transaction. Tom provides his clients with the highest level of service and collaborates closely with them to develop systematic plans for buying or comprehensive marketing plans for selling. He ensures that the plans he crafts with his clients lead to successful outcomes and provide them with the best value and experience possible.
Tom's educational background includes attending The Stony Brook School in New York and earning a Bachelor of Business Administration from Adelphi University with a concentration in Marketing and Advertising. Subsequently, he pursued a two-year postgraduate acting program and enjoyed a successful career as a model and actor with Elite Models, NY. After relocating to Santa Monica and purchasing his first income property in 1998, Tom decided to obtain his real estate license and embarked on his journey as a Realtor. As a full-time single father, he has been actively involved in SMMUSD, PTA, and Franklin Elementary Site Governance.
Beyond his real estate career, Tom is an accomplished potter and sculptor with a history of exhibiting his work at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in NYC. He has also dedicated 17 years to teaching pottery at the Clayhouse in Santa Monica and has volunteered as a teacher's assistant for 15 years at the Santa Monica College School of Ceramic Arts. Additionally, Tom is known for making exceptional margaritas.
