Absolutely the perfect person to go with whether you're looking to build, buy, rent or even just need advice. Tom and I met in December of 2019 in reference to an MLS listing. He invited me to discuss my plans and hopes the following weekend. I was in a precarious spot and could have really made a huge financial mistake with where my head was at during that time. He didn't have to but Tom talked me out of it and helped me to perform a complete 180 on my priorities that day. At the end of our meeting he handed me his card and told me to feel free to contact him any time to continue my search when I was ready.

I didn't continue my search until the spring of 2020. At that point, Tom would spend months helping me search for the perfect place and offering his expert opinion on every detail that a first time home buyer like myself might have missed in each house we viewed.

On September 14 of 2020 I was signing documents at closing for a home in GREAT condition, in my exact target location, and in my intended price range! I even started with a little bit of equity in the home according to the bank's appraisal! I was 1 of a few other offers already in on the day Tom dropped everything and rushed home to get my offer in. It was 4pm and no more offers were being considered after 7pm that evening. Tom was even able to get me into contact with a great lender and a great home inspector as well.

If I could pick 1 phrase to describe Tom Tinsley it'd be 'customer obsessed'. At the same time however, if I could pick another phrase I'd also choose 'super chill' because I never felt pressured to make any particular decision or that I was burdensome for experiencing apprehension at times. 6/5 stars.
