About Tom

A native of Maryland, Tom grew up in Catonsville, a suburb of Baltimore. Most recently, he spent 21 years in Frederick with his wife Karen raising their two daughters. After the girls went away to college, one to Boston and the other to Conway, he began thinking about where they would like to eventually retire. After multiple visits to see their daughter at Coastal Carolina University, they fell in love with the Myrtle Beach area. In August of 2013, the timing was right to make the move.

Tom's career has been in the accounting and management fields. His interest in housing and helping people allowed him to transition to Real Estate four years ago. He continued his education in Real Estate and earned the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation in 2016. He wants to help others realize their dream of home ownership. Tom is well aware of the challenges that face those who wish to make Myrtle Beach their permanent home and wants to share his time and skills to make the transition as smooth as possible.
