Tom Woodyard a recognized leader known for his energy, integrity and accountability, Tom Woodyard is a Florida-licensed real estate salesman and principal of Woodyard & Associates. Tom’s career in real estate dates back to 1987, and his knowledge of the Southwest Florida market is unparalleled. Tom has been a top performer throughout his career. He earned a place in the Grubb & Ellis Circle of Excellence from 1998-2002, and then led the number one commercial real estate team at Re/Max. His company has been recognized each year as a top broker in Southwest Florida with the Costar Power Broker Award given by Costar Group, Inc. A leader in his field, Tom served on the Governing Board of Directors for the Real Estate Investment Society and was the Chairman of the Scholarship Foundation. He is also a member of the Greater Fort Myers Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, National Board of Realtors, Southwest Florida CCIM Chapter, Commercial Investment Professionals and the Lee County Building Industry Association. He is a supporter of community organizations such as the Florida Gulf Coast Symphony, the American Red Cross, Special Equestrians, the American Cancer Society, the American Heart Association, Junior Achievement of Southwest Florida and the Horizon Council’s Industry Appreciation Day.
