Tom earned his Sales License in 1987 and his Broker’s License in 1990. Since 2004, he has managed his office, and in 2024, he was named the Broker for Coldwell Banker Associated Brokers Realty. In addition to leading his team, Tom trains new agents and has served as an expert witness in real estate matters for the Riverside and Orange County Courts. His expertise and leadership make him a go-to resource for both clients and colleagues alike.

Working from three locations in Murrieta, Menifee, and Canyon Lake, Tom ensures accessibility and convenience for his clients. His son, Michael, is his business partner, continuing the Wysocki legacy of excellence in real estate.

Tom is a graduate of the University of Nevada Reno, holding a degree in Political Science and Economics. Beyond real estate, he and his wife, Ruth, have an inspiring background in professional distance running. Ruth was a member of the 1984 U.S. Olympic Team, and together, they competed at an elite level for a decade. Married since 1982, they share two adult children.
