Toma, Thank you for all your help selling my Condo. I moved out of state a year ago and finally decided it was time to let go of my little home. I was worried that being out of state this would be a complicated process and time consuming. It was not. Toma kept me informed at all steps in the process, from the moment the condo was cleared of any belongings, to the very last day of closing. Toma is truly awesome!! He worked very hard to find us a house. We looked at at least 40 places and put in about 8 offers! This market is tough, but Toma kept plugging away and showing us houses and making offers with a smile. He always answers phone calls and texts promptly. I would highly recommend him and that's saying a lot.
