My husband and I were beginning our search for a home a few years back and stumbled upon an open house which was just closing up. Tomas let us in and did an absolutely stellar presentation. While it was not the right house for us we hired him and began searching. He won us over from the beginning. Tomas did an amazing job yet again on all points of the process. We just recently sold that home and yes you guessed it, he did an amazing job all the way through the sale process, too! Tomas is honest, professional, engaging, and he really knows his stuff regarding all facets of the real estate market. As well, he is a wealth of resource for referrals for literally anything you may need during the buying and selling process. We highly recommend Tomas, for all he brings to the table. Savvy in his profession as well as a real genuine guy! He’s never without a smile!!

We had to sell our house asap, and the realtor we knew very well Kathy O'Sullivan had introduced us to her real estate partner Tomas Sumsky. Tom and Kathy made this process incredibly easy and took extra steps meany realtors don't, like having a pro come and stage our house,( but I have to say Tom is very good at it himself)and having professional photographs taken. When we our listing ,we were blown away. All the hard work and knowledge of what it's take to sell the house paid off,our house was sold in 2 months. Tomas had ansver endless questions with expert knowledge and patience,and walked us trough every step of the closing process. Many months later ,after we moved miles away to another city, Tomas was still looking after us, he has managed to send all the mail and package that had come to the old address.
