Tomeca was amazing in helping me find my home not only during the craziness of the housing market but she also helped me to navigate through a special homebuying program (NACA), that made the process even more challenging at times.
I appreciated Tomeca's flexibility and her commitment to allow me to view homes quickly. Some within 24 hours of them hitting the market!

She was also very knowledgeable of the housing market.
When it came to putting in an offer, she knew exactly what elements to include.

She was a geeat communicator and explained everything , so that I understood the homebuying process. She was very respectful and honest during my homebuying process.

Wow! Where should I start. Tomeca was a heaven sent! From my initial interview, I knew she was the one. She always answered my questions even when I had a million of them, she was reliable, knowledgeable and professional. I can honestly say if it were not for here, I would not have my dream home in this tough market. When I saw my house and I told Tomeca about it, it was during a time when I was having trouble with my car. Tomeca picked me up and drove me more than an hour to view the home. She structured the winning bid and stayed in close contact with the sellers agent. Mind you I had a NACA Loan and it is one of the hardest to sell. If your realtor can’t be all Tomeca was and still is to me, it’s time for you to make a change. I whole heartedly recommend my forever realtor and now my friend Tomeca as your next realtor!

5 stars is not high enough to rate the services Tomeca has provided as a realtor.

Tomeca is professional, courteous, responsive, punctual, and most importantly will not steer you in the wrong direction when it comes to anything related buying or selling a home.

I am a first time home buyer and of course I had many questions. She was always there to answer any and all questions I had. Responses were always super quick and I never had to worry about going into a situation without knowing proper information.

I didn’t know much about the home buying process so I asked her to be there for every meeting with builders/sellers and she was always there early. Any questions I may have missed, she was there to ask to ensure I knew exactly what I was getting into. When you’re making such a huge investment such as purchasing a home you need all the information you can get and Tomeca has a broad knowledge base of everything related to real estate.

Hopefully everything will be smooth sailing from now until closing but I value Tomeca’s opinions on every part of the home buying process and I cannot wait until I close on my first home!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Tomeca was the selling and buying agent for our homes in 2019 and was beyond amazing. What agent helps you pack, calms your nerves repeatedly from the wild buyer playing games AND helps you finish cleaning before closing plus more - TOMECA!! My husband and I had a series of increasingly bad experiences with the first realtor we used. We put the house process on pause and regrouped by looking for a new agent. We interviewed realtors again for the second attempt. One was recommended highly, but was pushy and overbearing. Tomeca was calm and gave us time to think about our decision so the choice was obvious.

Her selling strategy was completely different than our 2018 agent (declutter more than we already had done, change some of the paint colors and have professional photos/video). All of that worked. High open house and showing traffic with our house selling in less than 48 hours over list price. As we continued our house hunt she literally stopped what she was doing on a Saturday morning because my "perfect house" came on the market that morning. We had already finished seeing houses the day before so this Saturday house was not in our plans. She was able to get there within a few hours because I knew the house would go fast. We had our offer in the same afternoon and by 11:30 the next morning our offer was accepted. She is the absolute best!!

One would think I picked Tomeca because we served together in ministry. That's partially true. I saw how faithful and committed she was in getting things done in excellence, and I knew she would be the same way, ensuring that our home purchasing process was handled with the same white glove service.
