I have owned and managed income properties in the South Bay for over 30 years. I was born and raised in North Torrance and as a result know the area very well.

More recently I was involved in the creation of the "Artesia Corridor Specific Plan" which is a long term vision of the land use along Artesia Blvd, between Western Ave. and Normandie Ave. in the City of Gardena.

I was also a founding member of the "Gardena Police Foundation" whose mission is to support the Gardena Police in such ways as purchasing equipment and supplies that are needed but are unfortunately outside of the current budget.

I've worked in the South Bay area my entire life and as a result can utilize the knowledge that I've gained over the years to best assist you in buying or selling your home right here in the South Bay, I not only handle single family homes, condos and townhouses but due to my background experience in income properties, I can also assist investors in buying or selling income properties.
