I know the scale only goes to 10 but it should go to 100 in regards to Tondra. She’s the best Realtor I’ve ever had!!! She puts her clients first. She is a warrior when it comes to her clients, making sure their needs are met, and will exceed any previous experiences with other realtors. I hired Tondra in January 2021 to assist me with finding a home in the Richmond area. Many things went wrong including two failed contracts with builders. But Tondra persisted. She was always willing to show me homes that interested me, and she answered my questions. After months of looking and disappointments, Tondra found a spec home in Chester. I wasn’t particularly interested in Chester but agreed to see the home. I ended up buying the spec next door. My home is perfect for me. It is gorgeous! I got a beautiful, brand new home with $50k worth of upgrades because Tondra did not give up.

This might not of been my first time working with Tondra, but it was our first time doing multiple properties at one time. We spent months looking for a property in a market where good deals are hard to find. Throughout the process she constantly checked in with me and setting up viewings. After months of no luck we ended up finding multiple deals in the same week. She made sure I was comfortable in taking on the challenge and guided me all the way to close even when there was delays. This now makes 5 deals together and I look forward to more this year!!! Tondra understands my schedule, my style of home, and areas I prefer to be in. So because of that we have had a great year together and will continue to do business.

Working with Mrs. Tondra was amazing. She was always prompt, thorough on her wordings, and didn’t mind answering a million questions. She was great when responding and sending email responses in a timely manner. She didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured to get a sale, she wanted to make sure I had a perfect home. Tondra wowed me from the start with her warm personality and great professionalism. She trusted my instincts on the house and it’s value and gave me valuable input from her perspective. Tondra had a great marketing plan and had Showings lined up quickly. Tondra stayed in communication with me and gave me lots of feedback in a timely manner.
I had a strict deadline to get my house sold and we still managed to get there at almost to my asking price.
If you choose Tondra you won’t be sorry, she makes you feel like you are the only client and her number one priority, even though she is incredibly busy.
