Working with Toni was such a delight! She is very honest, polite, responsive and hard working. We found her extremely trustworthy. At every viewing, she scrutinized the houses with great detail. She is very knowledgeable- she was able to guide us on the state of the roof, appliances and the needed work in the houses we saw. I was referred to Toni by a family member when looking for a place to rent in Chicago. Even though Toni doesn't work in the Chicago market, she jumped at the opportunity! I sent her what I was looking for, price range, and general area of interest and within hours she sent me multiple options. Within a few days of that, we were downtown viewing them.
