Toni Jones

Toni’s philosophy about Real Estate is simple. She dedicates 100% of her time and energy to servicing clients. Toni relates to her clients by putting herself in their shoes in every situation. Toni’s experience ranges from the negotiation of bank-owned properties, short sales and traditional residential sales. Having expertise as an REO (banked-owned properties) listing agent for over 10 years, she understands first hand the inner workings of what banks need. Toni provides a tremendous work ethic and possesses excellent communication skills, sound judgment , thoroughness in preparation and ability to work well with others.

Toni served as a commissioned officer in the United States Army and has developed systems that have launched her real estate firm forward. Being elected as the 2015-16 President of the Charlotte Crown Association, a local chapter of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers is just one of her many accomplishments.
