From Capitol Hill to Sammamish and all points within King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties, Toni has spent the last five years working with persistence and patience to craft deals for both buyers and sellers across all property types and price points. She counts her clients as life-long friends, never shying from opportunities to lobby for them on price or terms. Toni understands moving—from around the corner to across the globe—and she strives to make the entire process seamless and rewarding.

Toni is an expert in price and market analysis, with a background in data analysis and marketing in both corporate and non-profit sectors. She holds a Masters of Diplomacy and International Relations from Seton Hall University and BAs in both Economics and Political Science from the University of Connecticut. Prior to becoming a realtor, she managed a portfolio of global health surveys and worked for refugee and women’s organizations; she now extends that same dedication to her clients.

With a keen eye for the art of staging, photography, and both print and online media—and since she often works with clients from the tech sector—Toni has now aligned herself with Engel & Völkers Kirkland leveraging their platform and approach to further elevate her services and global reach.

A passionate traveler with an appreciation for art, architecture, and the geopolitical economy, Toni is active in her community as an advocate for social justice, healthcare access, and sustainable development. Toni is earning her US Sailing Certificates on the Puget Sound and winds down by painting, gardening, and cooking at her home in Sammamish.
