We presented Tonie with one heck of a challenge when we brought her into our lives. From day one she was all in and bent over backwards to help us in any way possible and assisted in overcoming so many obstacles. She was pretty much family by the time we sold the house. She helped me and my elderly grandmother understand the complicated side of real estate and also helped us come to terms with how unique and possibly challenging this was going to be. But in the end we were all so very thankful for everything she did for our family!

We were so lucky to have worked with Tonie Krosky. We were initially worried about what it would be like to sell a home during a global pandemic. Tonie immediately set our minds at ease by going over the ways our family would be protected. We were provided wipes and booties for people to use while looking through our home, as well as safety guidelines realtors and families would be following in our home such as wearing masks, etc.

We felt like Tonie was extremely professional. She was very knowledgeable of the current market, and provided us with comparable properties that set our minds at ease when choosing a listing price. Tonie was easy to get a hold of, and made us feel like our questions and time were important to her. Throughout the whole process, were provided feedback, timelines, calendars and information in a prompt and organized manner.

We were impressed by the quality of the photographer Tonie used. We were provided a helpful checklist of things to do to prepare for the photos to ensure our home would show well. Our home looked bright and inviting in the listing pictures. We also loved the use of a drone to show our home and neighborhood from a bird’s eye view. Our home had tons of showings off the bat, and we sold for above ask within days of going on the market.
