Tony Alicea

Hi, my name is Tony. I was born in Vineland, NJ, where I still have family whom I frequently visit. I am truly blessed with my beautiful wife of 16 years, and together we raised 5 wonderful children. I enjoy cooking, golfing and dancing.

I moved to Philadelphia in 1990 and started my own carpet cleaning business. After 12 years, I had over eight-hundred residential and commercial clients - many were Sellers preparing their homes for the market and Buyers freshening up their new homes. I have always been told to get into real estate; and after 13 years in the restaurant business, and 12 years of running my own business, I decided to get licensed.

I was licensed in 2005 and went to work for RE/MAX. I took courses at Real Estate Institute - Temple University for commercial, short sales, and REO sales. I obtained my license in New Jersey in 2009 (I also work with RE/MAX Connection in Marlton, NJ). Most recently I obtained my Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation.

I am fluent in Spanish and have provided my clients with a level of service that "Wows" them every time. Nothing has been more rewarding than seeing the smile on a client’s face at settlement - be it Seller or Buyer.
