Mr. Engel joined Sundance Property Management in 2015 as a result of a merger with Penklor Realty. He currently has responsibility for all business development, acquisitions, and capital improvements for Sundance. Mr. Engel is the real estate broker in Ohio, Kentucky, and Tennessee for Sundance. He specializes in repositioning properties and he has overseen over $100M in renovations. Prior to his role with Sundance, Mr. Engel served as the Vice President of Property Management at Penklor from 2009 to 2015. Mr. Engel received his Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University.
