Tony Gleason began his real estate career in 1971 as a land broker in Rancho California (now known as Temecula). In 1975, he joined the Irvine Company, spending 6 years in new home sales and management. His responsibilities there included opening new home development sales offices including Rancho San Joaquin Townhomes in Irvine and Harbor Ridge in Newport Beach, which broadened his skill set and laid the foundation for his successful career in commercial real estate. Tony spent the next 5 years at Iliff Thorn where he solidified his reputation as a top professional and earned numerous awards for sales achievement, including honors as the firm's Top Producer in 1988. In 1989, he completed the sale of Pacific Commerce Center, a 289-acre industrial business park, the largest deal of its kind that year. By that time, Tony had become known for his trustworthiness, knowledge and skill that resulted in many decades-long relationships and referrals from repeat clients. As importantly, he is held in equally high regard by his peers in the industry. For the past 22 years, Tony has put his skill, experience and high ethical standards to work on behalf of Voit Real Estate Services in Irvine. Not surprisingly, he continues his legacy of high production, consistently ranking amongst the office's top producers. Tony specializes in office and industrial properties, primarily in Orange County. A graduate of USC with a BS in Business Administration, Tony earned an athletic scholarship and All America honors as a swimmer on the university's NCAA Division I swim team. Tony resides in Newport Beach with his wife, Cindy.
