We were living in Virginia, and searching in Michigan, regardless they were instrumental with ensuring our needs were not only met but exceeded. The professionalism exhibited through phone calls, video calls, emails, and text messages were exceptional! The market at the time was extraordinarily competitive, but with their guidance and experience, we were able to secure a home that was not only beautiful, it met and exceeded our criteria, and we weren't going to be negative on equity after the deal was settled. I have used the services of Tony Holguin twice now, and both times have been absolutely fantastic. Years back Tony helped my wife and I find our perfect home, and most recently with the selling of my mothers home. Both times Tony was always available to answer any question or concern that we had with honesty and wisdom. I cannot recommend the Holguin team enough, and plan to use them into the future.

I first met Tony Holguin back in 2004 and I was impressed with the fact that our closings all of the stuff is ready and on time. I had talked with Tony and he seem like a pretty decent guy so I started sending him customers. I was very pleased with my decision Tony is one of the few people that I could send someone to and not have to look over his shoulder I can trust him to do the right things and have things done on time. I still send customers to Tony today and the reason I feel I can do that is because this man is worth it. I trust him not to take it vantage of anyone’s ignorance and to do everything possible to assist as customers to make smart decisions. There really isn’t enough room here to tell you everything about this man but I trust him to do the right things and I can send anybody to the him and not have to worry about him taking advantage of them. I could send my mother to Tony and not have to look over his shoulder to check his work!

The one thing that drew me to Tony as a realtor was good willingness to educate us on the process of buying a house. It can be scary buying a house but he made the process relaxing and smooth. We really felt like he cared about us and was not just trying to sell a home. Tony is a great guy who is very positive and wears his heart on his sleeve
