About Tony

Tony attended the University of Miami majoring in both Marketing and Finance. For several years he worked with the family business in many different capacities, including real estate acquisitions, sales team management and strategic development. This experience provided a seamless transition for Tony into real estate. In 2013, he acquired Tate & Foss Sotheby’s International Realty primarily because of its outstanding reputation which was established by founder, Ned Tate. The Sotheby’s brand has solidly reinforced our standing in the community.

Tony’s longstanding business background and approachable character have facilitated his success in representing luxury Seacoast properties, including landmark estates, oceanfront homes, condominiums, buildable coastal land, and equestrian properties. His client base primarily consists of affluent buyers and sellers. He’s a skilled negotiator, able to identify, assess and resolve the many complex issues that sophisticated transactions often present. Moreover, he has an extensive network of professional partners including local real estate agents, attorneys, appraisers, municipality employees and other experts, putting any issue resolution within easy reach. I am fortunate to have developed an outstanding in-house team, offering legal assistance, exceptional attention to detail and other professional advice. All of this supports their credibility for executing complex transactions.
