Found a tenant for a Single Family home in Chandler, AZ.

Tony was referred to me to handle the listing and contract items for my home in Chandler, Arizona. He was very knowledgeable of all the comps in the area and offered some good insight into what he thought would be a very competetive listing for my property that would get me both the price i was looking for as well as the least amount of days unoccupied.
Tony was very thorough in the leasing contract process and explained everything well to me and gave some good examples he had of past experiences which was helpful.
