Tony’s love for real estate began over 20 years ago when he and a business partner flipped their first foreclosure property.
Years later, in 2004, after taking some time off from running his own Marketing and Sign Manufacturing Company to renovate his father’s house on the island of Maui Hawaii, Tony was recruited back to Atlanta to become the Operations Manager for HisLand & Properties Inc.
In 2005, Tony formed Morris & Associates Consulting Inc., a real estate consulting firm, and as a result of his rapidly growing success Tony was hired in 2005 as the Atlanta Asset Manager for Blue Moon Capital, LLC., a large Denver Colorado based Money Management Firm.
In 2007, Tony received his real estate license and went to work for Harry Norman Realtors, where he specialized in luxury and investment properties from 2007 to 2011.
In 2009, while still with Harry Norman Realtors, Tony was asked to serve as the Executive Director of Real Estate Acquisitions and Business Development for Vision Investment Development, LLC., a Atlanta based real estate venture company.
Then in 2011, Tony switched his real estate license to Cone Middour Partners, LLC., where he began to further develop his commercial real estate rolodex and experience.
In January 2013, Tony was asked to head up the commercial division for the Keller Williams Realty Cityside office in Smyrna GA. In addition to providing in-depth market analysis, strategic planning and local market expertise for his commercial real estate clients with land & development, he also serves both his residential and commercial real estate clients with their luxury and investment property needs. Tony is also currently developing a team of leaders from all the major facets of the commercial real estate industry to collectively serve the needs of the entire Cityside office’s client base.
Tony is the proud daddy of a beautiful little girl and husband of professional actress, Holly Anne Morris. Tony is also the founder of Shepherd’s Oasis, a ministry committed to serving and ministering to those who are fulfilling their life’s calling of serving in fulltime ministry by providing them places of sanctuary to rest, be rejuvenated and to hear from God.
