We bought an older home with plans to remodel, knowing some of the mechanical systems would need replacing soon. Thanks to Tony's foresight, he suggested that we request the seller to include a home warranty, which turned out to be a fantastic decision. By the end of our first summer, the air conditioner failed, and that’s when Tony’s value truly came through.

Broker goes above and beyond. So many brokers don’t understand valuation and how to think about comps but that’s not the case with Tony. His market insights are spot on and at closing you’ll be confident you’ve struck a fair deal. He’s thorough and insightful in assessing electrical, plumbing, roofs, pools and other important components in homes. Showings were efficiently scheduled for only relevant properties. In preparation for closing Tony provided a list of contacts for utilities, pool, lawn, etc that expedited change in service. As if that wasn’t enough, he even walked me through a furniture showroom and gave guidance on how to create that gulf coast vibe! I strongly recommend using him if you’re in the market.
