Tony was very flexible with our needs and our timeline for purchasing a home. He was able to provide a great perspective on homes that would fit the budget we had. In addition, Tony was fantastic at keeping my infant daughter as the focal point of our search. For example, showing us houses that were in child friendly neighborhoods that would be best suited for children and new families.

The short version Tony knows what he's doing.
The longer version: Tony helped my family sell our house and took us to view over a dozen others in search for a new one. Throughout the entire process, he was professional, courteous, detail oriented, and provided valuable advice whenever we needed it (and we very much did), most importantly when we weren't aware we did.
From our regular living space to a listing that received almost a dozen offers within less than 4 days without open house, Tony provided guidance on all the details covering front yard to back, garage to bedrooms. In the current frenzied market, Tony helped make our selling experience a breeze. Thank you!!

What can I say about Tony, except he's a Super-Star! Tony came highly recommended by one of me dearest friends and delivered above and beyond any expectations I could have imagined. Tony literally swept in to save the day. I started this process dealing with a sellers Realtor thinking I could get a "better" deal. Boy was I mistaken. I was presented with a contract to sign and was being pressured into signing expediently. Everything in me screamed Stop! And this is where Tony was brought to my attention and entered the picture. I called Tony and he met with me the very next day. After discussing everything I had been / was dealing with and listening to Tony's take on the situation. The decision to sign with Tony was clear-cut and I signed with Tony that day. And everyday afterwards I can this, Tony is in your corner and has YOUR BEST INTEREST AT HEART!
A very rare, (in my opinion), trait to find in today's world. I cannot say Enough about my experience with Tony during the entire home purchasing process!! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Not only is Tony a great Realtor but he is just a great human being! I discovered this about him 15 years ago when I first met him. I worked with Tony on a short sale and he is one of the best brokers I've ever worked with. He had a buyer for our deal quickly and, when the bank rejected out first offer, Tony had a second buyer ready to go within a couple of days. He responded to every document request within one business day, which made the process so much more efficient. I would work with him again in a heartbeat and, if I ever decide to sell my own home, there is no question that he will be my broker.

We had the blessing of having Tony Scuto as our agent three years ago when we downsized houses. I simply cannot imagine how Tony could have done a better job for us. His knowledge of the market and the process is deep, he is a fun guy to be around, he is patient, understanding and just simply knows his stuff. Tony Scuto is a great real estate agent. He is patient and very knowledgeable. We searched for a home for a long time. Tony was always available and very responsive. When we finally found our home, Tony made the process of purchasing, home inspections and financing seamless.
