I’ve been working with Tony Testa for 13 years and with Emily Stein for 6 years with properties in Manhattan - midtown, UWS and Brooklyn - Bushwick - both for rental and buy/sell options.
They are extremely knowledgeable and showed us many properties in neighborhoods all over the city before we narrowed our searches. They worked hard and helped us zero in on only those that met our criteria, and they quickly got us suitable tenants once we completed our deals. They did all of the screening for tenants and made the process as easy as it could be. I can’t say enough good things about working with Tony on our apt search in nyc. After looking at several, and having a somewhat general area of where we wanted to be, we hit the nail on the jackpot. Tony was very professional, but we also felt so comfortable around him it was like being with a good friend.
