For more than 25 years, Tony Ventura has achieved remarkable success as a real estate agent in Santa Clara County. Since 1983, Tony managed real estate offices in San Jose for Van Vleck Realtors, Cornish & Carey Residential Real Estate, Coldwell Banker, and a major Century 21 franchise. During that tenure, Tony developed a unique management style that combined the best attributes of an independent broker and a national company by creating an office where his primary goals were to support his agents and met the needs of their clients. As a result, Tony continues to work with a core group of real estate agents that have been with him for more than 15 years.
In 2003, with the support of more than sixty experienced and loyal real estate agents, Tony founded Ventura Barnett Properties. In Ventura Barnett Properties, Tony created a company that treats client satisfaction as the most paramount concern. Consistent with this goal, Tony tells his agents that the client always comes first. In fact, in his office, Tony keeps a sign that reminds his agents that, if they do not take care of the client, someone else will. However, Tony’s commitment to this goal goes beyond a sign and an inspirational speech. Tony remains a “direct” manager always available to help his agents and their clients during a transaction. As a direct result, Ventura Barnett Properties has grown to more than one hundred agents, expanded its Almaden Office and opened an office in Campbell, all in less than two years.
Tony was born and raised in San Jose. Since he obtained his real estate license more than 25 years ago, Santa Clara County has grown from a farming community to the technology capital of the world. Along with that growth, housing prices have increased exponentially, making the purchase or sale of a home one of the most important events in a person’s life. Under Tony’s leadership, the agents of Ventura Barnett Properties understand that responsibility and provide expertise and support to their clients in each transaction. In his own words, Tony acknowledges that “the greatest satisfaction for a real estate agent is to close an escrow and have a client know that he or she was your greatest priority.
