We feel really lucky to have been matched with Tony as our realtor. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and really helped us get the best deal. Even after we closed on the house, he helped us with a great contractor to help with remodeling and any questions we have as a first time home buyer. Really glad got a chance to work with Tony!

Tony was an amazing realtor to work with in the competitive Bay Area market. He is extremely knowledgeable about the local market and has a deep understanding of his clients' needs. He was great at listening to you, sharing valuable inputs and suggestions based on our requirements and budget, and he was always available to answer our questions and address our concerns.
Tony is also a very easy person to communicate with. He is responsive, professional, and friendly. He made the entire home buying process as smooth and stress-free as possible. We highly recommend Tony to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Bay Area.
Here are some specific examples of how Tony helped us:
He listened carefully to our needs and budget, and he suggested neighborhoods and homes that were a good fit for us. He didn't try to pressure us into buying a home that we weren't comfortable with.
He was always available to answer our questions and address our concerns. He was very patient and understanding, and he explained the process in a way that we could understand.
He is a skilled negotiator. He helped us get the house we wanted for a little under the asking price. In this crazy bay area market!
He made the entire home buying process as smooth and stress-free as possible. He was always there to guide us through each step, and he was always willing to go the extra mile.

We were not looking for a new real estate agent, but were connected with Tony by chance, and feel so incredibly lucky to have met him. He is everything you want in an agent - honest, knowledgeable, and well connected. But I would say one of his shining skills is his ability to negotiate a fair and valuable deal. We wanted to buy a house that already had another offer and was highly competitive, and he was able to convince the sellers to take our offer. He is just so personable that people want to work with him on both the buyer and seller side. I will also say that Tony has enough business and experience that there is no need for him to "push" a purchase - he is really just focused on what is right for his client. Lastly, he supported us proactively even after the transaction closed, sharing contractors to fix items at the house, and following up with tax documents. I really cannot say enough - thank you Tony - we will be using you for every real estate transaction.
