We were not looking for a new real estate agent, but were connected with Tony by chance, and feel so incredibly lucky to have met him. He is everything you want in an agent - honest, knowledgeable, and well connected. But I would say one of his shining skills is his ability to negotiate a fair and valuable deal. We wanted to buy a house that already had another offer and was highly competitive, and he was able to convince the sellers to take our offer. He is just so personable that people want to work with him on both the buyer and seller side. I will also say that Tony has enough business and experience that there is no need for him to "push" a purchase - he is really just focused on what is right for his client. Lastly, he supported us proactively even after the transaction closed, sharing contractors to fix items at the house, and following up with tax documents. I really cannot say enough - thank you Tony - we will be using you for every real estate transaction.

Having worked with a total of 3 agents, we can say with certainty that Tony was the best to work with, without a doubt. He is extremely knowledgeable and we also got the sense that he was looking out for us and making sure we got the best deal possible on our home. Agents we worked with in the past seemed to be in a rush to get us to buy anything. Tony however was very honest in his assessments, talking to us repeatedly on making sure we did not unnecessarily over pay. Also he was very patient with us :)

When we found our perfect home Tony worked hard to make it happen. While it looked it may not work out, he kept an eye on things to make sure we did not miss any opportunities. Once the opportunity arrived, he went to bat for us and we got our perfect home at a price that was within our budget. During the entire process he maintained constant communication and was very prompt with his replies when we were looking for updates.

In addition he put us in touch with the right people, making the process all the more effortless. If you are looking for someone who is going to be representing your interests earnestly, we highly recommend Tonys services.

Tony is amazing! We wanted to purchase a home with multiple offers, and although our offer wasn't the best, Tony was able to negotiate with the seller and seller's agent and convince them to accept our offer! During the escrow process, he made sure all paperwork was submitted in a timely manner; he answered everyone's texts and emails promptly. One of the best real estate agents I have ever worked with. Tony is quite knowledgeable in his area of work and his negotiation skills are quite extraordinary. He responds to all the calls within a given timeframe and makes sure that the communication is not lost while dealing with real estate stuff.
